Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute arising from use of the site or interpretation of these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the city of Asunción, Paraguay, except where mandatory law provides otherwise for consumers residing in another jurisdiction.

Severability
